Magoulas and Associates Construction Company, based in Kythira Island, has been active in the construction field since 2008, while maintaining an additional office in Piraeus, Athens. Staffed by well-trained engineers and designers of all construction related specialties, it provides comprehensive services, from the structure’s design phase up until the property’s maintenance and delivery (Survey Services, Architectural Study, Static Design, Mechanical Design, EOT Marks and Health Service Approvals, Permits, Supervision of Private and Public Constructions, Private and Public Constructions, Property Management, Arrangement of Arbitrary Constructions, All Types of Certificates and Engineer Certificates).

	Nikolas P. Magoulas was born in Kythira (May 1977). In 1996 he entered the Restoration School of Antiquities and Fine Arts of the Technological Institution of Athens. He graduated in 2001 and January 2002 he entered the Architecture School of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He graduated in March 2007 and after working for a while as an external architect associate he established, November 2008, with his brother Sotiris P. Magoulas, the technical company [M3+], Magoulas and Associates.

	Sotiris P. Magoulas was born in Kythira (July 1978). In 1997 he entered the Civil Engineers School of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He graduated in February 2004. During the years 2005-2008, he worked as a supervisor engineer in constructions in Kythira and Athens. In November 2008 he established, with his brother Nikolas P. Magoulas, the technical company [M3+], Magoulas and Associates.

	Caterina P. Magoulas was born in Kythira (January 1988). In 2006 she entered the Decoration School of the Technological Institution of Athens. She graduated in 2011 and January 2012 she entered the Architecture School of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
	Christina-Erinda Vogia was born in 1984 in Durres. In 2003 she entered the School of Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Piraeus where she graduated in 2010. In January 2012 she entered the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens where she graduated in February 2019.
	Agathi Balambani was born in 1980 in Athens. In 1999 she entered the Engineering Department of TEI of Chalkida. Since 2004 she has been involved in the design and study of E/M installations, energy audit of buildings and technical safety issues of projects.
